Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@gonextup.in. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please refer to our Replacement Policy for post-delivery resolutions

If your order arrives with packaging that appears tampered or damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Shipping policy

Shipping & Replacement Policy

We want every Nextup order to arrive on time, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. This policy explains how we ship your orders.

01 Shipping

·          Order Processing: Orders are confirmed and queued for dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on public holidays or during high-volume sales periods may take an additional 24 hours.

·          Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery is 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

·          Undelivered Products: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make multiple attempts. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.

·          Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping is offered on eligible orders and during promotional periods — you will see this applied automatically at checkout.

·          Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/SMS with a tracking ID. If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact us at support@gonextup.in.

·          Tampered or Damaged Packaging at Delivery: If your order arrives with packaging that appears tampered, damaged, or unsealed — do not accept the delivery. Refuse it on the spot and contact us immediately. We will arrange a fresh dispatch at no cost to you.

02 Replacement Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Nextup does not accept returns of opened products. All post-delivery resolutions are handled through our replacement process as described below.

What “Wrong Product” Means

A wrong product is one that is entirely different from what you ordered — a different category, model, or SKU. The following do not qualify as a wrong product:

–   Minor differences in colour shade or finish due to screen calibration

–   Variations in operational sound within normal product specifications

–   Packaging differences between promotional and standard versions of the same product

 

What Voids Replacement Eligibility

–   Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid contact, impact)

–   Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or disassembly

–   Misuse or use contrary to the instructions in the product manual

–   Damage resulting from use with non-certified chargers or accessories

Warranty on replacement products continues from the original purchase date — not the replacement date.
