1.4 Doesit come with a carry case?

A carry case is not
included in the standard box. The device and all four attachments fit
comfortably in most gym bags or travel bags.

3.1 How does it help with muscle recovery?

The massage gun delivers rapid
percussive pulses into muscle tissue to:

3.2 How many speed levels areavailable?

The device offers 9 speed levels
suitable for:

·      Levels 4–6 (2400–3200 RPM): Daily Relaxation & Stress Relief

3.3  How long should I use it?

Do not use on any single muscle group for more than 60
seconds continuously. Total recommended session time is 10–15 minutes.
Prolonged use beyond recommended limits may cause bruising or tissue irritation.

 

3.4 Can it be used daily?

Yes, it is safe for daily use when
used as directed. Allow adequate rest between sessions on the same muscle
group.

3.5 Can I use it on myneck and lower back?

Yes, with the following guidance:

·      Back of neck / trapezius muscles: Safe to use on low to
medium speed

·      Lower back muscles: Safe to use on medium speed

·      Front of neck (throat area): Never use — avoid entirely

·      Directly on the spine: Never use — keep device on muscle
tissue around the spine only

4.1 What is the purpose of each attachment?

Round Silicone Head

• Best for large muscle groups (quads, glutes, hamstrings, chest)
• Skin-friendly premium silicone — safe for sensitive skin

Flat Head

• General full-body muscle relaxation
• Suitable for most muscle groups

Bullet Head

• Targeted deep tissue work and trigger point therapy
• Use with caution — not for bony or sensitive areas

Fork Head

• Designed for use along either side of the spine (not on the spine)
• Effective for the Achilles tendon area and calf muscles

05 Battery & Charging

5.1 What is the battery capacity and how is it charged?

The Nextup Pulse features a 3000mAh lithium-ion battery. Charging is via the included Type-C
cable — compatible with standard Type-C adapters (adapter not included). Use
any standard 5V/2A mobile charger.

5.2 How long does the battery last and how long doesit take to charge?

• Battery Life: Up to 6 hours on a full charge (at low to mid speeds; higher speeds consume more power)

• Low Speed: Approx. 5–6 hours

• Medium Speed: Approx. 4–5 hours

• High Speed: Approx. 3–4 hours

• Charge Time: Approximately 3 hours for a full charge from empty

• Comfortably supports multiple massage sessions per charge

5.3 Does the device have overheating protection?

Yes. The Nextup Pulse is equipped with an automatic
thermal protection (auto-shutoff) mechanism. Auto-shutoff triggers after 20
minutes (safety timer). Allow 10–15 minutes before resuming use.

5.4 Can I use the massager while charging?

No. For safety reasons, the massager should not be used
while it is charging.

6.1 Where should I avoid using it?

Do Not Apply the Device Directly On:

• Bone surfaces and bony prominences

• Bony joint surfaces such as knees, elbows, or wrists

• Head, face, or front of the neck (throat area)

• Open wounds, bruised, inflamed, or swollen areas

• Varicose veins

6.2 Who should consult a doctor before use?

Please Consult Your Physician Before Using This Device If You Have:

• Undergone recent surgery or have surgical implants

• Severe osteoporosis or bone fragility conditions

• Blood clotting disorders or are on blood-thinning medication

• Serious or acute injuries

• A pacemaker or any other implanted electronic medical device

• Pregnancy — consult your doctor before use

• Any chronic medical condition affecting muscles, nerves, or circulatio

6.3 Can I carry a massage gun on a flight?

Yes. A massage gun is permitted on flights and can be carried in your cabin (hand) luggage, subject to airline and battery safety regulations.

6.4 Is it suitable for elderly users?

• Yes, with appropriate precautions.
• For older adults, we recommend:
• Starting at Level 1 or 2 only
• Using the Round Silicone Head — it is the gentlest attachment
• Limiting sessions to 5–10 minutes initially
• Avoiding use on areas with reduced sensation, fragile skin, or known joint issues

• Elderly users with osteoporosis, bone fragility, circulatory conditions, or those on blood-thinning medication should consult their doctor before use.
• See Section 6.2 for the full list of conditions that require medical advice prior to use.

6.5 Are there specific body areas or situationswhere extra caution is needed?

Pregnancy: Do not use during pregnancy without explicit clearance from your doctor. Percussive therapy is generally not recommended during pregnancy, especially on the abdomen, lower back, and legs.

• Knees and Ankles: Use with caution. Apply the device only to the muscle tissue around the joint — never directly on the joint surface, kneecap, or ankle bone. Use the Round or Flat Head at Level 1–3 only. Avoid use if there is any injury, swelling, or inflammation until fully healed.

• Lower Back: Safe to use on the surrounding muscle tissue at medium speed. Never apply directly on the spine. See Section 3.5 for full neck and back guidance.

• Varicose Veins: Do not use over or near varicose veins.

• Open Wounds, Bruises, or Inflamed Skin: Never use on broken skin, open wounds, fresh bruises, or inflamed areas.

07.  Warranty & Registration

7.1  Whatwarranty is provided?

• Standard Manufacturer Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase
• Extended Warranty: Additional 1 year from the date of purchase, activated upon product registration
• Covers manufacturing defects and device malfunction under normal use
• Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse

7.2  How do I activate the extended warranty?

Register your product within 30 days of purchase to
activate the extended 1-year warranty. Registration can be completed via:

provided in the Warranty Card included in the box

⚠ Warranty registration must be
completed within 30 days of purchase. Registrations after this window will not
qualify for the extended 1-year warranty.

08. Returns, Replacement & Support

8.1  What is the return/replacement policy?

• Nextup does not offer returns once a product has been delivered. However, customers may request a replacement subject to the terms below.

• Nextup Website Orders:

Replacement requests can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to NEXTUP’s replacement policy and verification process.

• Orders Placed on Other Platforms:

Replacement or return requests will be governed by the respective platform’s return or replacement policy.

• To initiate a replacement request for orders placed on the NEXTUP website, contact our Customer Support team at support@nextup.in with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

8.2  When can I request a replacement?

• A replacement may be requested if:
• The product arrives visibly damaged
• A manufacturing defect is identified
• The device is non-functional upon delivery

• Replacement requests must be raised within the return window with supporting images or a short video of the issue.

8.3  What if the product stops working under warranty?

09.  Delivery & Orders

9.1  Howlong does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days, depending on your
location. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

9.2  Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is available on select pin codes on the Nextup
website. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
On Amazon, COD availability follows Amazon's platform policy.
