02 Our Services

Nextup offers a wide range of consumer electronics and smart accessories. When you place an order, Nextup will ship the product to you and is entitled to receive payment for the purchase.

03 Our Products

Product images: Displayed for illustration purposes. Colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen calibration and manufacturing tolerances.

Specifications: We make every effort to ensure accuracy. If a material error in a product description affects your purchase decision, contact us and we will work to resolve it fairly.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

Geographic scope: All products listed on our Site are intended for sale and use within India only. Nextup is not responsible for orders placed for delivery outside India.

Compliance: All Nextup products are designed to comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards, including BIS, CE, and RoHS certifications, where applicable. Use products only as directed in the user manual.

Where Nextup products connect to a mobile application or receive firmware updates, additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time. Use of such features constitutes acceptance of those additional terms.

04 Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.

Pricing errors: If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before dispatch. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Promotional offers: Discounts and promotional pricing may be applied at checkout where applicable. Nextup reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

05 Orders & Delivery

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Delivery timelines and shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Replacement Policy, available at gonextup.in. Timelines are estimates and may vary by location or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@gonextup.in. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please refer to our Replacement Policy for post-delivery resolutions

If your order arrives with packaging that appears tampered or damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

06 Replacement, Returns & Warranty

Nextup does not accept returns of opened products. Post-delivery issues are resolved through our replacement process. Full terms — including what qualifies, timelines, and how to raise a request — are set out in our Shipping & Replacement Policy.

All products are covered under our Warranty Policy, which details coverage, exclusions, and the claims process. Both documents are available at gonextup.in.

Warranty on replacement products runs from the original purchase date, not the replacement date.

07 Repairs & Service

Nextup currently provides online support and service assistance only. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact Nextup Customer Support through our official support channels. Our team will diagnose the issue remotely and guide you through the appropriate resolution process, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, or other solutions as per warranty terms.

Service requests outside the scope of warranty coverage may be subject to applicable charges. Any such charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you clearly and in advance for approval.

Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or disassembly by third parties or individuals not authorised by Nextup will void warranty eligibility and may compromise product safety.

08 Privacy & Your Data

We collect and use your personal information only to serve you — for order fulfilment, support, warranty, and service improvement. Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent, and you can opt out at any time.

09 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, website, content, trademarks, and brand materials — including the Nextup name and logo — are the exclusive property of Domodtech Systems Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Nextup content without our prior written consent.

10 Third-Party Platforms

Nextup maintains a presence on third-party platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for communication and promotional purposes. We are not responsible for content posted by third parties on those platforms, including user comments, reviews, or linked materials.

Any interaction you have with third-party platforms is governed by those platforms’ own terms and policies, not by these Terms.

11 Environmental Responsibility

Nextup complies with applicable e-waste management regulations under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022. We encourage customers to return end-of-life products through authorised recycling channels.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nextup’s total liability in connection with any order or claim shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nextup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or financial loss arising from use or inability to use our products or Services.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextup, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we do, the revised version will be posted on our Site with an updated effective date.

15 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a manner that harms Nextup or other users.

Termination does not affect any obligations already incurred — including payment for confirmed orders.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
